As part of my working relationship with GaiamTV @MyYogaOnline, I have been writing about my personal journey of wellness. I feel good about myself when I try new things and find ways to incorporate what I've learned into my daily routine. I was especially excited to try the Conscious Cleanse 14 Day Clean Eating & Yoga Challenge on Gaiam/ My Yoga.
I had never done a cleanse before and from what little I knew, I was skeptical as to whether I would make 14 days. Ya know what? It sorta makes you feel like a bad-ass when you accomplish things outside of your comfort zone! I wont say it was easy but I WILL say the expert online guidance and supportive community at Gaiam / My Yoga made it an amazing experience. From the clear and concise daily action steps, to the shopping lists, recipes and daily recommended yoga videos - it was easy to follow and I appreciated that I could login any time and anywhere. It made it easy to go back and pick right back up when I missed a day. Loved that!
Five Things I Learned From Doing This Cleanse
